Gili Trawangan is the largest of the three islands ( Gili Trawangan,Gili Meno and Gili Air )Gili Trawangan attracts the majority of visitors, it is around thirty minutes boat ride from the northwest mainland of Lombok and regular daily fast boats depart Bali directly to Trawangan island and all boats stop off at Senggigi and Teluk Nare on mainland Lombok as part of the return journey.

Gunung Rinjani National Park
is located on the island of Lombok, Indonesia in the North Lombok Regency. The park covers about 41,330 hectares and consists of mountainous areas,it's located in this national park, giving this park it's name. Mount Rinjani, Lombok's famous volcano, soars 3726 m above sea level and is the second highest volcano in Indonesia, attracting thousand of trekkers and climbers annually. The huge crater near the top contains a beautiful lake, Danau Segara Anak ( child of the sea lake ) and a smaller volcanic cone, Gunung Baru Jari which has formed a couple of hundred years ago.
